the hotel's location provided easy access to the gothic quarter. the front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful. they arranged taxis in advance each morning. housekeeping staff were also friendly.
i had issues with getting a taxi to the airport through the hotel. staff suggested walking to the taxi rank. room service would not provide fresh milk without a charge, i had to go downstairs for a bowl.

The hotel design was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. The staff was very helpful. I found the location top notch.
The hotel staff denied to bring me fresh milk for a cup of tea without a charge. They would not bring me a bowl. I was told to come down and get the bowl MYSELF.

The location was superb! it was very close to sights. the room was fabulous. the staff were friendly and helpful. They always had a smile.
the electricity went out in my room three times! they did come and turn it back on each time, but they just told us "don't use that plug point". also, there were no english channels on tv!

Breakfast offered many choices. All staff acted helpfully and politely. I especially appreciated Alex, who provided taxi assistance and area information. Many shopping options and dining establishments exist nearby.
The hotel did not promptly call a taxi to the airport. I was advised to go to the taxi rank instead. Transporting heavy luggage across a busy square was difficult.

The television did not offer many channels in English. This was a small inconvenience. the minibar prices were quite high. I felt that water should have been complimentary. This would have been more convenient than purchasing it elsewhere.
